The Flight Pricing Precise message allows to get final price information for OnRequest flight offer (with AvailabilityStatus="OnRequest"). If you do not call this message for OnRequest flight offer and go to Reservation Initiate step, you can receive either new price or even Request denied status of the booking, which means that offer is not available for booking.
