Creating a New Transfer

To create a new self-operated transfer product,

On Selfoperated products menu, go to Transfers.

2. Then click Create. The New transfer page appears:

3. On the New transfer page, specify the following information:

Name: type the name of a transfer.
Supplier: select the service supplier. Here you can choose either your own company (if you organize transfer by yourself) or the supplier, from whom you get this transfer product.
Transaction currency: select the currency to use for payments with supplier. The same currency will be used in price-lists, cancellation fees configurations, tariffs configurations, etc.
Transfer type: click the option of your choice to specify if the transfer is shared or private. Note that if you need both shared and private transfer for the same route you need to create them as two different transfers (one for private and another one for shared).
Approximate transfer duration: type the duration of the transfer, i.e. how long approximately this transfer will take.
Transfer pick-up and drop-off points. Click Add to specify the departure and destination points for a transfer. Within the pop-up window either type or select from the list the required city name and then the location – airport or station or hotel/address. In case you select airport or station – the list of corresponding locations will open for your selection. Note that both departure and destination points are mandatory:

In case you pick up tourists at several different points (for example this is shared transfer that collects passengers from several train stations), you can add another pick-up point.

To add another pick-up point, in the Pick-up point form, click Add. The Pick up point window appears. However it contains minor changes:

Fill in the required boxes the way it is described above. Locate mouse pointer into the Shift in time box and specify the time shift of the departure as compared to the departure time from the previous location.

Assume you plan to get passengers at several train stations. When you create a station-airport transfer the time shift for the first station is set to 0 by default, while the time shift for the second one should be specified. E.g. distance between the first and the second stations is 10km and it takes 15 minutes to get to the second point. In case it should be set to +00:15 as shown in the figure above, that means that the coach brings tourists to the second station in 15 minutes after the first one. And after collecting passengers from both stations the coach will continue it’s a route to the airport.

Short description: briefly describe the transfer product here. The entered description will be displayed on Search Results page.
Description: enter any additional details on the transfer product. The information entered in the field will be displayed for tourists in the Detailed information on the transfer window. Here we recommend to
specify the details of meeting point (e.g. in what Terminal shall transfer wait for passengers or whether the driver meet them personally), whether the child seat is available, etc.
Image: here you can upload the image of the transfer – how it should appear on search results and within the reservation details.
- To upload a picture from your PC, in the Upload file group, clickAdd, browse to the picture you want to upload, click Open, and then click Upload.
- To upload a picture from an external web-link, click the Upload via link form, locate mouse pointer into the bar and enter the required address, and then click Upload.

4. After you have finished to fill in all the details click Save. Your transfer will be saved into the system.

Transfers: label "Railway station" and "Airport"

You can also add label "Railway station" and "Airport" in vouchers and notifications for transfers.
