Car Reservation message is used to book a car based on a car availability response. This message set requires the customer to specify the location found by a location search.

Car Reservation passes in two steps:

1. Initiate - step needs to reserve car in supplier inventory (if supported by supplier) and get final booking price for requested rental.

2. Book or Ignore - second step needs to confirm car booking ("Book") or decline it ("Ignore").

Note: PickUp/Return dates, locations and passenger info must be the same as in Availability search.

Note: Due to limitations from suppliers, who keep booking reserved only for a limited time, step 2 must follow after Step 1 within 15 minutes. Otherwise, system behaviour will be undefined.
