Deposit
General information
With the deposits, your agencies can prepay the services that they book.
To access the deposit, on the Finance menu, click Deposit. Here you can also check the status of the customer’s deposit:
Updating the deposit
If an agency uses an e-commerce online payment system for transferring a certain amount from a credit card to you, this fact is immediately showed in the system. However, if the agency uses a bank transfer to pay you, you should register this in the system by placing a respective amount to its deposit. To do that:
On the Finance menu, click Deposit.
Click Update deposit for a customer. Update deposit window appears:
Select a company and the required action (refill deposit or withdraw funds from the deposit).
Define the date and time of transaction.
Select the transfer method (credit card, bank transfer, PayPal).
Specify the total amount.
Click Continue. The message appears. Click Close.
Withdrawing funds from the deposit
Only tour operators can withdraw funds from the deposit. To do that:
On the Finance menu, click Deposit.
Click Update deposit for the customer. Update deposit window appears:
Select a company and specify the necessary option (withdraw funds from the deposit).
Define the date and time of transaction.
Select a method of return (bank transfer, PashaBank, PayPal) and specify the amount.
Write a comment, if necessary.
Every time you update deposit for a client, you may leave a comment and your client will receive a notification with an important message you’ve left for him.Click Continue and then click Close.
Note: When the Withdraw funds from the deposit option is selected, the funds are not retrieved by
the e-commerce payment system or a bank automatically. Therefore, make sure that the payment
has been indeed made before selecting this operation in the system.
Invoice payment from the deposit
Agency’s deposit charge-off is carried out according to the rules which are set in the payment plan for this agency (in contract settings).
