How to create a Jira ticket to best address your issue?

Choose General and than the issue type: Change Request / Question / System Error
Summary – please, indicate the essence of the issue
Priority – please, indicate the priority of the issue taking into account Technical support and maintenance agreement p.4 Defects priority and response time
Description – in case of System Error, please describe all the necessary details of the issue, as in the template below.
Attachment – please, take and send us screenshots or screen recordings of the issue.

System Error Description Template:

Link and Environment (LIVE or TEST, browser version, device for mobile/application issues)
User role (guest / director / supervisor / corporate client etc)
Date and Time when the issue occurred
Steps to reproduce: Selfoperated products > Hotels > Hillton > Daily rates and change the prices for period DD.MM.YY - DD.MM.YY
Result: the prices haven't changed in the table
Expected result: the prices changed and displayed correctly
Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue

In case you will need to add the new locations in GP Geo Tree you will need to provide the list of new cities with coordinates. Please see the sample of the table with locations is below.
