Artificial Consultant (AI) - is the modern trend that allows to simplify and optimize various activities in business and everyday life.

GP Travel Enterprise provides capabilities of AI which can be applied in various ways according to specifics of each business - for example:

  • On Hotel Search Results - to help users quicker find preferable options,

  • Within the list of Reservations - for get answers on any questions related to reservations.

Within search results of hotels user usually gets multiple offers (100+ or even 1000+ hotels) and it takes time to find the best suitable option for his request. Smart concierge from AI is involved to help doing this quicker.

Chat with Hotel Concierge - variant 1:

  • Concierge: What are your main requirements for hotel?

  • User: I want hotel in foot walk from Hyde park and with direct metro line to Excel House, the budget is around 100 GBP per night. Please, suggest me 3 best options.

  • Concierge: Please, consider these 3 hotels:

    • Hotel Aliaska - Price from 88 GBP

    • Hotel Crown - Price from 102 GBP

    • Marriott Hotel - Price from 105 GBP

Chat with Hotel Concierge - variant 2:

  • Concierge: Hi! What hotel are you looking?

  • User: I want hotel for 4 nights that is 15 minutes walk from Royal Albert Hall, with private room and bathroom, ideally within 150 EUR per night budget. Breakfast is not so important, but preferably with it. The rating should be 7+.

  • Concierge:    Ok, great! Here are 2 hotels which might be a good choice for you:
    - Acacia Hotel – is 15 minutes walk from Royal Albert Hall, with private room and bathroom and breakfast and costs 555 EUR.
    - ABC Hotel – is 10 minutes walk from Royal Albert Hall, with private room and bathroom, but without breakfast and costs 600 EUR.

Basic Flow:

  1. When user clicks on “Smart Concierge” icon – the communication dialog appears.

  2.  User can type his request.

  3. After submitting – the users preferences are sent to AI together with full search result that we have for required dates.

  4. AI makes some suggestion – and it is presented to user in the form of hotel banners OR links to hotels. 

Within the list of Reservations it is possible to ask AI consultant questions about reservations and quickly get answers.

e.g.

There is reservation #12345 Flight MSQ-LED 9:15-10:30 Ivan Ivanov.

Ask to AI consultant:  “What time is flight of Ivan Ivanov on 9th of February”.

Answer from AI consultant: Flight MSQ-LED is at 9:15
