GPTE Deactivating Insurances

In order to deactivate an insurance,

  1. On the Products menu, click Insurance.

  2. Open the required insurance. The Insurance page appears.

  3. Switch the Active toggle off. The insurance will be moved to archive.

  4. Click Save.

The deactivated insurances are not deleted permanently. They are moved to archive and can be restored. To view the list of archived insurances, in the table of self-operated insurances, switch Active toggle off:

To restore the archived insurances, repeat Step 1 and Step 2, then switch Active toggle on and click Save.
