GPTE Deactivating Visas

In order to deactivate a visa,

  1. On the Products menu click Visa.

  2. Open the required visa. The Visa page appears.

  3. Switch the Active toggle off. The visa will be moved to archive.

  4. Click Save.

Alternatively, visas can be deactivated in the Visas list:

The deactivated visas are not deleted permanently. They are moved to archive and can be restored. To view the list of archived visas, in the table of self-operated visas, switch Active toggle off:

To restore the archived visas, repeat Step 1 and Step 2, then switch the Active toggle on and click Save.
