For the typical e-mails it’s necessary to have templates for quick creation of notifications and e-mails based on them.

To create a new notification template,

  1. navigate to General Settings menu → Templates:

Email templates page is displayed →

  1. Click Add. New email template page appears, complete the email template with corresponding information:

  1. Click Save changes. The created template is saved to database and is available for e-mails from Reservations and mass mails from all parts of the system.

There is a possibility to copy existing template to a new one
