In the window the information is imported from the current service. Change the data if needed then select to which reservation the service is to be connected, and click Check availability. In case the same service is available, you will be redirected to the booking form (to the Offers tab). Follow the procedure as it is described in
Appoint service teams and a manager for the service (to see more go to Extended management of reservations): to ascribe the service to a certain service team and to appoint a service manager, click (Pen symbol) opposite the Service team/manager label, select the required team/manager from the drop-down, and click Save.
