You need to chose e-mail template and system will automatically generate e-mail text. Then, please, choose the recipient. Change e-mail subject if necessary.

Appoint service teams and a manager for the service Service teams functionality is currently available via administration panel(to see more go to Extended management of reservations): to ascribe the service to a certain service team and to appoint a service manager, click (Pen symbol) opposite the Service team/manager label, select the required team/manager from the drop-down, and click Save.
