When contacting GP Travel HUB Support, please provide your name, company name, telephone number, and a description of the problem, including the exact wording of any error messages.

 Does GPHub support multi excursions search or booking?

No, multi excursions search and booking are not supported.

 Does GP Hub support search by country?

Yes, if the supplier supports it. Please contact technical support to get a list of suppliers.

 Does GP Hub support pagination search?

Yes, if the supplier supports it. Please contact technical support to get a list of suppliers.

 Do you have JSON API?

No, we don’t have. Our API is SOAP with XML.

  Is it possible to get WSDL of GP Hub?

Yes, please contact us for more information.

  Do you have a Test environment?

Yes, we do. Please get in touch with us to get access to Test installation.

 Does GP Hub has its own list of excursions or excursions mapping?

No. We have only a list of GP HUB locations. By default, we do not map excursions.

 Is it possible to get the reservation information by reservation confirmation number?

Yes, but only if the reservation is done via GP Hub.

 Is it possible to book services additionally to the excursion offer?

Yes, please see sample in Use Cases section.

 Is it possible to choose the start time for Excursion during the booking?

Yes, it depends on supplier and excursion offer. The use case is described in Use Cases section.
