To restrict the access to the system for a particular corporate client,

  1. Open the profile of a required corporate client.

  2. Click Edit to switch to the editing mode.

  3. Clear the Active check box.

  4. Click Save.

Corporate profiles are not deleted permanently from the system. All inactive profiles are stored in the archive. You can view the list of the archived corporate clients by clicking Archive on top of the clients list and activate them if needed.
