Search & Book of Car Rent Services

Search&Book of car rent includes the following steps:

Search

To search for a car, in the search form, specify the following information.

1. Basic search options:

   1. Pick-up point: there are several ways to define the pick-up point – you can select the required destination from the list of popular destinations, enter the destination manually, or select the required city from the drop-down. Besides the city, specify the destination – whether it is a place in a city, an airport, etc.

   2. Drop-off point: specify the same information for the drop-off point.

   3. Date and time of pick-up: specify the date and the time of the pick-up.

   4. Date and time of drop-off: specify the date and the time of the drop-off.

   5. Driver info: specify the information about the driver – their age and citizenship.

2. Additional search options:

   1. Number of passengers: select the number of passengers.

   2. Show only available offers: select the check box in order to see only the offers that can be booked immediately and do not required extra supplier confirmation.

   3. Supplier: select the preferred supplier.

   4. Show net prices from supplier: in case you have the right to view the net prices from supplier (which is available for Director and Supervisor positions), select the check box to see the net prices from suppliers.

As soon as all the required search criteria are defined, click Search to initiate search process.

Search results

Search results are arranged in the table. Browse through the list of results and click book opposite the required offer.

For booking the service that suits your criteria the most, use the following prompts:

• Click to view the detailed information on the vehicle.

• Click Expand all to view all the alternatives available for a certain car rent service.

Booking

On this stage, specify the information in the following 3 sections:

• Offers

• Driver

• Extra services

Offers
In the Offers section, choose the required offer and click Continue.

Driver
In the Driver section, fill in the information about a driver. The mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*):

Extra services
In the Extra services section,

1. Specify the pick-up and return points.

2. Optionally leave a comment for a car service provider.

3. Select payment method.

4. Read the cancellation terms and select the respective check box.

5. Click Book.

Voucher

After you click book, Confirmation window appears. Click Complete in order to set the reservation status to complete and obtain a voucher. For more information please see Reservations .
