Managing System Companies

On the Companies page, you can view the list of companies that have ever been created in the system. The list of companies may include:

  • travel agencies;

  • tour operators;

  • suppliers;

  • groups of companies;

  • corporate clients.

Pay attention however that the list of companies is highly specific and depends on several factors.
Specifically,

  • the network of travel agencies;

  • the network of suppliers;

  • the availability of direct contracted suppliers;

  • corporate clients, etc.

Searching for companies

To view the list of companies registered in the system,

  1. On the General settings menu, click All Companies.

  2. The Companies page appears.

  3. If the number of companies is sufficient, use the search form to search for a particular company:

  4. Fill in the following search criteria:

    1. Type: select the type of the company you search for (e.g. travel agency, tour operator, etc.)

    2. Country: select the country where the company is registered.

    3. City: select the city where the company is registered.

    4. Name: if you search for a particular company, enter its name.

    5. Registration: define the period when the company was registered in the system.

    6. Company code/Alias: enter the company code, which is ascribed by the system automatically upon creating a company profile or an alias as its replacement.

    7. Click Search. The list of companies is contracted to those that suit your search parameters.

Note: you can download the list of conpanies with the genatal information about them to your computer as an Excel file. For that, on the Companies page, click . The list of companies will be downloaded to your computer.

Editing company information

If you need access a particular company in order to

  • add a new employee;

  • upload new documents;

  • modify companies' contracts;

  • change look&feel;

  • configure corporate policy;

  • view or edit companies' reservations, etc.

  1. On the General settings menu, click All companies.

  2. The Companies page appears. On the Companies page, choose the required company and click its name. The Company window appears:

  3. In the window, go to the required tab and click Edit to make modifications.

Deactivating Companies

To deactivate a company,

  1. On the general settings menu click All companies.

  2. On the Companies page, scroll down the list of companies or use the search form to choose the required company.

  3. Click the name of the required company. The Company window appears.

  4. In the Company window, on the Information tab, click Edit at the bottom of the page.

  5. Clear the Active check box. The company is moved to archive.

Note: If the company is moved to archive, it does not mean it is permanently deleted. You can still view the company's profile as well as make the company active again.

Viewing the archive of companies

To view the list of archived companies,

  1. On the General settings menu, click All companies. The Companies page appears.

  2. On the Companies page, click Archive:

  3. Now in the table of companies only archives companies are displayed. To return to the standard mode of display, click Standard mode:
