Booking of transfers consists of three steps:
Offers
In the Offers group, confirm the selection of the offer, and click Continue.
Besides, you can view additional information on the offer, which includes:
Transfer service information (See Group 1 in the figure below) – full description of a transfer and services included.
Price breakdown (See group 2 in the figure below) – the detailed information on price.
Cancellation policy (See Group 3 in the figure below) – cancellation terms and conditions.
In case you want to change the search option and search for a transfer on a different date or for a different number of tourists, click Change in the Transfer reservation group:
The following window appears:
In the window, enter the new search options and click Check availability. In case an offer that suits new search parameters is found, the reservation will be automatically updated.
Passengers
On the Passengers tab,
Specify tourist data, which include:
First and Last name;
Citizenship and tourist type;
Contact phone number;
Pickup sign.
2. Click Continue to proceed to the Confirmation tab.
For self-operated transfers you can also specify contact phone number and pickup sign.
Confirmation
In the Confirmation group:
Specify the pick-up and drop-off points, as well as the payment method. Fill in the following information:
Departure: depending on the departure point specified in the search form (hotel/address, airport, railway station) enter the address or select the required hotel from the drop-down or enter flight details.
Drop-off: specify the drop-off point.
Comment for transfer provider: in the Comment text field, you can enter additional requests (for example inquire about the availability of a safety seat for children).
Payment: select a preferred payment method.
After you define all the require data, select the I have read the cancellation terms check box and click Book.
