In this section we will cover platform’s reports and analytic functionality. With the Analytics module you get full control over the sales and efficiency of work.

Analytic reports
allow to review your business activity including sales reports with breakdown by agencies, suppliers, regions, and other criteria, dynamics of sales, look-to-book ratio.
Analytic reports include:
Turnovers by: products, countries, cities, users, suppliers, agencies/distributors, corporate clients, sales channels, web-sites.
Dynamics sales
Look-to-book by: products, countries, cities, corporate clients, agencies/distributors.
Summary Report for accommodationCorporate service reports
allow you to obtain the list of cases of corporate policy violation.
Corporate reports include:

include detailed information on flows of funds, with customer and supplier invoices, agency and flight sales specific records.

Customer invoices
Supplier invoicesInventory reports
allow you to get summary of prices in printable form and to see general statistic of availability of your selfoperated hotels.

Hotels Availability Report
Price list - HotelsRooming list reports
allow you to obtain lists of travelers who are going to check in or get a charter or transfer within certain period of time.
Rooming list reports include:
Rooming list - Hotels, Tours, Complex Tours/Dynamic Packages, Visas, Events, Rent cars, Transfers, Activities, Flights, Trains.
You can generate reports both in PDF and Excel format.

On the Navigation bar, click Reports.
Decide on the type of report you want to get and click Run report.
In the appearing window select the time period, the start date and time and decide on the format of the report – whether you need it in a PDF or in Excel format:
Click PDF Report. The system aggregates the requested information and shows you the requested report.
Alternatively you can generate the report in Excel form.

Inventory Reports
If you work with selfoperated hotels you might be interested in getting summary of prices in printable form.
🗒 During generation of this report you can choose – either to get NET prices from suppliers or get SALES prices for some of your clients/partners (if you’re going to send price list to him and it should already have his markup).
In order to see general statistic of availability of your selfoperated hotels, you may generate a report, which will show you this information in details. You should specify the period of time and download a report in Excel format.
