On the General settings menu, click All companies.
The Companies page appears. On the Companies page, choose the required company and click its name. The Company window appears:
In the window, go to the required tab and click Edit to make modifications.
Deactivating Companies
To deactivate a company,
On the general settings menu click All companies.
On the Companies page, scroll down the list of companies or use the search form to choose the required company.
Click the name of the required company. The Company window appears.
In the Company window, on the Information tab, click Edit at the bottom of the page.
Clear the Active check box. The company is moved to archive.
Note: If the company is moved to archive, it does not mean it is permanently deleted. You can still view the company's profile as well as make the company active again.
