On the search form, go to the Insurance tab.
On the search form, fill in the following search options:
Host country - select for which country you search insurance
Insurance period - the time frame during which an insurance policy is effective.
Insured persons a person whose interests are protected by an insurance policy.
Date of birth - set the insured persons’s date of birth.
After the basic search options are specified you can click Search to initiate search process. Alternatively if you want to get more accurate results, click Additional search options to expand the additional search parameters. They include:
Nationality: specify the nationality of a person being insured
Detailed offers: select the check box to see offers with detailed information about them
Supplier: select preferred service suppler
Click Search to initiate search process.

Specify the following filtering parameters:
Price: move sliders along the bar to limit the required price range.
Suppliers: select the required supplier.
...
To sort search results, select the sorting parameter from the drop-down.
Click All offers to view all the available offers with their details.
Choose the required offer and click Book.

Full name: the Middle name field is marked as mandatory. However if a person does not have one, fill the field with a dash (-).

Address (optionally)
