  1. Click Select a Recipient type for the emails (Company, Supplier or Tourists Templates) and click Add. New email template page appears, complete the email template with corresponding information. To view detailed information on the list of dynamic placeholders, click on 2024-11-27_15-02-28.png (question) icon next to Save Changes button:

  • by default e-mail is empty, template is not selected → select a client type (check checkboxes “client”, “supplier”, “traveler”) to indicate an e-mail recipient. If no checkbox is selected, then all e-mail templates from settings are available within Template drop-down. If only some of these checkboxes are selected, then only templates that relate to corresponding client type (ex. “Supplier E-mail Templates” from settings) are available.

  • When a template is selected, Subject and Message fields of the e-mail are automatically filled.

  • Fill in sender’s e-mail and add more recipient(s) if needed.

  • Attach file(s) in Attachments section if needed.

  • Click Send or Preview to verify e-mail displaying before sending it.

Selection of templates

When a new e-mail is being sent from the system, it’s based on certain e-mail template that can be configured via CMS. Now it is possible to select from templates for manual sending of e-mails - both via Reservation details, from the list of Reservations and from the lists of Clients.

Own templates for e-mails

One more useful enhancement - is ability to create own e-mail templates and use them for e-mails.

For example, you can configure template for Birthday congratulations or New Destinations Proposals, or any other reasons. As usual, you can also use placeholders within templates for flexibility.
