This functionality is currently available via administration panel.
If needed, you can attach different documents to the reservation, e.g. hotel invitations, traveler’s passports and so on. For that,
Go to the Documents Attachments tab of the reservation and click Upload Add.

2. In the New documents window, select the type and enter the validity period and specify the document’s location on your PC or Internet, then click Save Attachments pop-up:
upload a file from your local folder,
specify the service which the file relates to,
select Hide cancelled services option if needed,
set the file visibility,
click Upload.
