If you wish, you can customize user profiles with their avatars.
To upload a user avatar,

In the
...
My Company menu click Users.
Open the required user profile and click Edit

To upload avatar from your PC,
...
icon in the Avatar section.
Browse to the picture you want to upload.

To upload an avatar from an external web-source,
Click Upload via link to expand the form.
Locate mouse pointer into the bar and enter the web-link.
Click Open, then Save.
