Your own package tours are created according to the common scheme and begin with choosing the necessary category and entering general information about the package tour.

Setting Info
To create a new package tour,
On the Self-operated products menu click Package Tours.
On the Package Tours page, click Create. The New package tour page appears:
On the New Package tour page, specify the following information:
Name: type the name of a package tour.
Supplier: select the service supplier. Here you can choose either your own company (if you organize the package tour by yourself) or the supplier, from whom you get this package tour product.
Duration (days): type the numbers days which the package tour includes.
Short description: enter a brief tour description. The description will be displayed on the Search results page.
Description: enter a package tour description. This description will be displayed in the window with the detailed description of the package tour.
Included: enter the list of services that will be included in the package tour.
Not included: enter the list of services that will not be included in the package tour and will be paid additionally (the optional service).
Tags: Every new product has a “public” tag by default. This means that they are available for search and booking for all customers. However, you can create additional tags. In this case, if a products contains at least one additional tag along with the “public” tag, the conditions of the additional tag are applied to them.
Setting Itinerary description
After fill-in in the Info tab you should specify the itinerary description that are offered for tourists.
Go to the Itinerary description.
On the Itinerary description tab you can see the number of bars that are equal the package tour duration.
Click each bar to expand the form and fill in the day itinerary.
As soon as the required information is specified, click Save to continue.
Uploading Photo
You can demonstrate the package tour itinerary by showing it with the images. To add the images to the description of your itinerary, go to Photo tab and do the following.

On the Photo tab, click Upload via link to expand the form.
Locate mouse pointer into the box and enter the web source where the required image is stored.
Click Add if you need to add several images.
Click Upload. The image is uploaded and displayed on the Search results, as well as in the Detailed hotel description window.
Click Save.

To insert destinations that will be included to the Itinerary,

To remove the destination click Delete opposite the necessary name.
Itinerary

New transfer component
To create New transfer component,
Go to the Itinerary tab, click Create and Choose Transfer check-box, click Add.
The transfer component page appears:
Specify,
Entry code: specify the component code.
Name: enter the transfer name.
Day number: choose which day this services is started from the drop-down list.
Include component as:
Mandatory: This service is included in the tour and cannot be removed.
Optional service: This service is not included in the tour and is additionally offered during the booking.
Product: locate mouse pointer into the box and start typing. After you type 3 characters the system will display the list of self-operated transfers. The items on the list are arranged by the alphabet. If you do not see the required item in the list. type some more characters - it may appear later.

New activity component
To create New activity component,
Go to the Itinerary tab, click Create and Choose Activity check-box, click Add.
The activity component page appears:
Specify,
Entry code: specify the component code.
Name: enter the transfer name.
Day number: choose which day this services is started from the drop-down list.
Include component as:

If the package tour has at least 2 services and more at the same day, you can modify the order. For that click 🔼 or 🔽 in the Itinerary list.

To view or edit a package tour,
On the Self-operated products menu, click Package Tours.
In the table of package tours, click the required one.
The Package tour page appears:
Go to the required tab and click Edit to switch to editing mode.
Make necessary corrections.
Click Save.
