You can create the unlimited number of system users. Every employee in your company is then given a unique user name and a password that will be used for logging in the system. Every employee is also assigned with a role that will determine user’s rights in the system.

Creating New User Profile
On the Navigation menu, point to Company profile, and click Users. The Users page appears.
Click Create. The Create New User page appears:

Role: the role determines the rights of a user in the system. For more information, please read section User Roles.
Login: once created it cannot be changed.

Please pay attention that for logging in the system a user needs to enter a company code (alias), a user name and a password. |

A company code (alias) is a unique code assigned to every company automatically to access the system. An alias is specified manually upon Configuring Information about the Company. For your convenience both the company code and alias are displayed within the user profile page to the right below the Active check box. |
4. Click Save.
Uploading User Avatar
If you wish, you can customize user profiles with their avatars.
To upload a user avatar,
On the Navigation menu, point to Company profile, and click Users.
Open the required user profile and click Edit at the bottom of the page to switch to editing mode.
To upload avatar from your PC,
In the Upload file form, click Add.
Browse to the picture you want to upload.
To upload an avatar from an external web-source,
Click Upload via link to expand the form.
Locate mouse pointer into the bar and enter the web-link.
Click Upload, then Save.

On the Navigation menu, point to Company profile and click Users.
Select the user for whom you need to upload a document, and the click Documents.
On the Documents tab, click Upload. The Upload New Document window appears:
Specify the following information:
Document type. Specify the type of the document being uploaded: signature of file, birth certificate, medical certificate, passport, photo, questionnaire, visa, letter of attorney or other.
Validity period. Specify the starting and ending dates of validity of the document being uploaded.
To upload a file from your PC,
In the Upload file group, click Add.
Browse to the document you want to upload.
Click Open.
To upload a file from the external web-source,
Click Upload via link to expand the form.
Click Add. The URL bar appears.
Enter the location of the file on the Internet into the URL bar.
Click Upload. The file appears in the list of uploaded documents.
Click Save.
Browsing Users
After you have set up the profiles of the employees, you can view the list of created users organized in a list:

On the Users tab, you can:
Browse the users of your network.
Search the users by name and by role.
Add new users.
Change user details and roles.
Activate or inactivate users.
Download the list of users to your computer.
To download the list of created users to your computer as an Excel-file, on the Users page, click The list of users will be downloaded to your computer in the XLS/XLSX format.

Deactivating Users
To restrict user's access to the system,
Open the profile of a required user.
Click Edit.
Clear the Active check box.

You can deactivate any user except for Director. |
User profiles are not deleted permanently from the system. All inactive profiles are stored in the archive. You can view the list of the archived users by clicking Archive on top of the user list and activate them if needed.
