  1. Open the required transfer.

  2. On the Information tab, in the Catalogue group, click Create. The New Transport window appears:

  3. In the New Transport window, enter the name of the transport category.

  4. Click Save. The new category is created and is available for selection while setting transfer schedule.

Setting Schedule

The next step is to specify the time of departure for transfers:

  1. Open the required transfer product.

  2. On the Information tab, in the Schedule group, click Create. The New
    transport window appears:

  3. In the New transfer window, specify the following information:

    • Transport: select an item previously specified on the Catalogue tab.

    • Departure time: select any or fixed time. If Fixed time is selected, specify exact transfer departure time.

    • Driver language: specify the available languages the driver can speak.

    • Click (plus) to add other language.

    • Occupancy: specify min and max capacity of a vehicle.

  4. Click Save.

In the Transport drop-down list, only the entries that you create in transfer directory are displayed.

Setting Tariffs

GP Travel Enterprise allows you to set prices for self-operated services in 2 different ways:

  • You can create a tariff first, and then operating within the settings of the tariff, add price-lists, discounts, commission plans and other regulation a particular service requires.

  • Alternatively, you can separately create price-lists, set discounts, develop commission plans and then link them to tariffs.
    Let us have a closer look at each of the steps.

Configuring Transfer Tariffs
Tariff means combination of conditions for price offers – e.g. you can have:

  • Standard tariff with regular prices and ability to cancel without fees up to 1 day before the date of transfer;

  • Promotional tariff valid only for certain period with reduced prices, but non-refundable;

  • Early booking tariff valid only 60 days in advance;

  • etc.

To configure a tariff for a self-operated transfer,

  1. On the Self-operated products menu, click Transfers.

  2. In the profile of the required transfer, go to the Prices tab.

  3. On the Prices tab, in the Tariff group, click the tariff name (e.g. Standard) if you want to edit it or Create to create a new one. The New tariff page appears:
