Statement of client account
To track the history of all transactions made by your customers, use statement of client account.

On the Finance menu, click the Statement of account. The Statement of the account page appears.
On the Statement of account, go on the Clients tab:
Here you can search for a particular transaction and view the list of customers’ transactions grouped in the categories.
Searching for customers’ transactions
To search for customers’ transactions,
In the search form at the top of the page, fill in the following search criteria:
Transaction date: define the period during which the transaction was made.
Reservation number: specify the reservation number.
Client type: select the required client type (travel agency, corporate client, private client, etc.)
Client: enter the name of a client.
Click Search to initiate the search process.
Viewing the list of customer transactions
If the system contains information matching your search criteria, the list of transactions appears. The transactions are displayed in several modes:
Invoices & Payments: this statement only contains transactions related to issuing an invoice and filling the deposit.
Deposit: this balance statement contains all transactions related to filling the deposit and payments made from the deposit.
Not invoiced reservations: this statement contains all transactions related to the booking of the services, issuing invoices to the client, filling the deposit, and paying for the services.

Display the current balance of the company
In order to stay up-to-date about the statement of account with your supplier use Current balance option. The ‘Current balance’ is shown on the navigation bar. To obtain a balance statement of a supplier and to track all his transactions tap on the balance amount.
