  1. On the Navigation menu, point to Clients, and click Private clients.

  2. On the Private clients page, click Create. The New Client page appears:

  3. On the Info tab, fill in the following data:

    1. First name: enter the first name of the client as it is stated in the government issued ID.

    2. Last name: enter the last name of the client as it is stated in the government issued ID.

    3. E-mail: enter the e-mail address to which the notifications concerning reservations will be sent.

    4. Language: select the language in which the system will operate for a certain client.

    5. Membership level: select the level of admittance. If you choose Guest option the user will not be able to log in the system but you will be able to import all the user data to reservations automatically. In case you choose Registered, the user will be able to log in the system and search for tourism products from B2C web-site.

    6. Expiration date: specify the date until which the user profile will be active.

  4. Click Save.

  1. On the Navigation bar, point to Clients and click Private clients.

  2. Select a client of your choice from the list.

  3. Go to the Details tab.

  4. On the Details tab, click Edit and specify the following information:

    1. Address and contact info: specify the city, country, address, postal code, and phone numbers of the private client.

    2. Personal data: specify the full name, the date and place of birth, the citizenship of the private client and information about allergy and disability.

    3. Information about allergy, Information about disability: specify any additional information which may be important for traveling.

    4. Employment info: specify the company the private client works at as well as their position.

    5. Comments: leave any additional information in the Comments text field.

  5. Click Save.
